Job Description

Welcome to The Home Depot! We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Support Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our customers' shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance.   1. Greet and welcome customers to The Home Depot store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and resolving any concerns or issues.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance by restocking shelves, cleaning and organizing displays, and ensuring the aisles are free of clutter.
  4. Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer shopping experience.
  7. Continuously learn about products and services offered at The Home Depot to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
  9. Take initiative to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues within the store.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to address any concerns or feedback.
  11. Uphold company values and policies at all times.
  12. Flexibly work in various departments and tasks as needed to support the store's operations.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
