  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  3. Assist customers with finding products, locating items in the store, and navigating the store layout.
  4. Support the sales team by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  5. Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  6. Process customer transactions using cash registers and other payment methods.
  7. Monitor the store entrance and exits to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers.
  8. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.
  9. Assist in inventory management by conducting cycle counts, restocking merchandise, and identifying any inventory discrepancies.
  10. Provide support to associates by answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting with tasks as needed.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and provide feedback to store management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing The Home Depot brand.
  14. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store procedures.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
