  2. Display exceptional customer service skills by assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and keeping aisles clear.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the appropriate team members.
  6. Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations, including assisting with stocking and organizing merchandise.
  8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for both customers and team members.
  9. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the shopping experience for customers, such as suggesting new products or providing feedback on current processes.
  10. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store layout, product locations, and store policies to assist customers and team members.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing The Home Depot brand with pride.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  15. Continuously maintain knowledge of new products, promotions, and sales to assist customers and increase sales.
