Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or inquiries.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
  4. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating any low or out of stock items to the appropriate department.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  7. Uphold and enforce store policies and procedures.
  8. Assist in setting up and organizing store displays and promotions.
  9. Effectively communicate with customers and team members to provide information and answer questions about products and services.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service and store operations by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  11. Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent the company values at all times.
  13. Assist with any other tasks or duties as assigned by store management.
