  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.
  3. Assist customers with finding products and navigating the store layout.
  4. Keep the store clean and organized to create a positive shopping environment for customers.
  5. Restock and replenish merchandise as needed.
  6. Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately.
  7. Communicate with other team members and managers to ensure the store is running smoothly.
  8. Help unload and stock deliveries.
  9. Assist with setting up displays and promotions.
  10. Follow safety and security procedures to protect customers, employees, and company assets.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and store operations.
  12. Attend and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
