In this role, you will be an integral part of our store operations and will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in the store.
  2. Assist customers with finding products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  5. Stock and replenish shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  6. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
  7. Assist with merchandise returns and exchanges.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  9. Proactively identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues in the store.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
  11. Continuously develop knowledge of products and services offered by The Home Depot.
  12. Attend training and meetings as required.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
