Job Description

The Home Depot is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Store Support to join our team and ensure our store runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be an experienced team player with strong customer service and communication skills. They must possess a knack for problem-solving, be able to work well under pressure, and take the initiative to find creative solutions to any obstacles. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Create and maintain a friendly and welcoming store environment.
  3. Assist customers with their inquiries and address their concerns in a timely manner.
  4. Perform store maintenance tasks and keep the store neat and organized.
  5. Ensure shelves are stocked with products and merchandise.
  6. Receive, unpack, and store incoming merchandise.
  7. Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  8. Monitor and document store sales activities.
  9. Take initiative to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  10. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure store operations run smoothly.
