Job Description

As a Store Support team member, you’ll provide the highest level of customer service to our customers and associates. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in our stores and will be a key contributor to our success.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. You must be customer focused and have the ability to work quickly and accurately with a sense of urgency. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service in order to meet customer needs.

  6. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and associates.
  7. Remain knowledgeable about the products and services offered at The Home Depot.
  8. Work collaboratively with the Store Support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
