Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations and ensure store safety and compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor store inventory and ensure that products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled.
- Train and mentor store personnel on proper customer service techniques.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and performance tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor store security systems and respond to any alarms or suspicious activity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase sales.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
