We are currently recruiting for an energetic and organized Store Support team member to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. As a Store Support team member, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers and the community.The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide quick and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
  3. Take initiative and work independently to resolve customer issues in an efficient manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and provide appropriate follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Remain up-to-date on product information and promotions and provide customers with relevant information to support their purchase decisions.
  7. Assist with other tasks as needed such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and handling cash transactions.
