The Home Depot is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-oriented Store Support to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide overall assistance to customers and staff in the retail store, including answering questions and resolving problems.
- Create a positive shopping experience for customers by being friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
- Monitor inventory and stock shelves as needed.
- Assist with cash register operations and other transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and implementation of policies that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
