Store Support

Responsibilities:

1. Provide overall assistance to customers and staff in the retail store, including answering questions and resolving problems.
2. Create a positive shopping experience for customers by being friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
3. Monitor inventory and stock shelves as needed.
4. Assist with cash register operations and other transactions.
5. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
7. Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and implementation of policies that ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and transactions.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
