Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude • Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns • Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products and services • Process payments accurately and efficiently • Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas • Keep up to date on store policies and promotions • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels • Ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines • Monitor store sales and activities to identify opportunities for improvement • Train and supervise junior team members
