You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting store-related issues, and assisting store associates in providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently. You must also have a strong understanding of store operations, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
