  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with product inquiries.
  3. Assist customers with finding and locating products throughout the store.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and organizing shelves, displays, and merchandise.
  5. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering products as needed.
  7. Assist with online orders and curbside pickup, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department, if necessary.
  10. Continuously learn about new products and services offered by The Home Depot to effectively assist customers.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and employees.
  12. Cross-train in various store departments to provide support and assistance as needed.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, representing the company's values and culture.
  14. Attend all required training and meetings to improve job performance and enhance customer service skills.
  15. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed at all times.
