The Store Support team provides vital assistance to our store associates, and this role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The Store Support team requires someone who is able to work independently, problem solve, and take initiative.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least three years of experience in a customer service-focused role. Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, this person must be able to lift up to 50lbs. The Store Support team member must be knowledgeable about The Home Depot’s products and services, as well as current store promotions.
