As a Store Support associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our store.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  3. Help customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
  4. Keep the store clean and organized by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a tidy appearance.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
  6. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved.
  7. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and alerting management of any low or out-of-stock items.
  8. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers and employees.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and provide feedback to management.
