Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with finding products and providing information about their features and benefits.
  3. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping aisles clear.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  6. Monitor and maintain store inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
  8. Proactively offer assistance to customers and anticipate their needs.
  9. Follow safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
  10. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on store promotions and events.
  11. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise for customers as needed.
  12. Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by displaying a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
