  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
  2. Ensure that all store policies and procedures are being followed by employees.

  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with the Store Manager to make necessary adjustments.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  9. Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  10. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  11. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes.
  13. Assist in planning and executing store events and promotions.
  14. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Serve as a role model for the store team in terms of attitude, work ethic, and customer service.
