  1. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers, address any concerns or inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Manage a team of dedicated associates: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of associates to ensure they are knowledgeable, motivated, and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Drive sales and profitability: Set and achieve sales goals, monitor and analyze store performance, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  4. Lead store operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Foster a positive work environment: Create a positive and inclusive work environment for all associates, promote teamwork and collaboration, and address any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  6. Maintain visual merchandising standards: Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
  7. Demonstrate product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the home improvement industry to effectively assist customers and make informed business decisions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments such as sales, merchandising, and human resources to ensure the store is functioning efficiently and effectively.
  9. Uphold company values: Act as a role model for associates by upholding and promoting company values of customer service, teamwork, and integrity.
  10. Continuously improve store performance: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
  11. Communicate effectively: Maintain open and effective communication with associates, customers, and upper management to ensure a smooth and successful operation.
  12. Ensure compliance: Ensure the store is compliant with safety, security, and legal regulations and company policies.
  13. Participate in training and development: Attend training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  14. Handle customer escalations: Address and resolve any customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Equivalent Leadership Role.
