Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Hardware Store Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences.
