  1. Assist in the management of daily store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase store performance and profitability.
  4. Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and properly stocked at all times.
  5. Train and mentor new associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all associates.
  7. Proactively identify and address any customer or operational issues that may arise.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with other Store Co-Managers and corporate leadership to develop and implement store-wide initiatives.
  10. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and corporate leadership to provide updates and address any concerns.
  12. Continuously seek out ways to improve the customer experience and exceed sales goals.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the store runs efficiently and within budget.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
  15. Represent The Home Depot brand positively and professionally at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Hardware Store Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team Of Employees.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences.
