  1. Assist the Store Manager in driving sales by developing and implementing effective strategies and initiatives to increase store revenue.
  2. Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by fostering a positive and welcoming store environment and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Take an active role in hiring, training, and developing store associates to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and take necessary action to meet or exceed goals.
  6. Continuously analyze store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the retail market, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  8. Oversee the store's physical appearance and ensure it meets company standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  9. Support the Store Manager in managing budget and expenses, including labor costs, to maximize profitability.
  10. Serve as a role model for the store team, leading by example in professionalism, customer service, and work ethic.
  11. Collaborate with the Store Manager and other Co-Managers to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  12. Represent the company in a positive light and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
  14. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other Co-Managers to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Hardware Store Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Knowledge Of Merchandising Strategies And Inventory Management Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Corporate Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analyzing Sales Data To Make Strategic Business Decisions.
