  11. Follow agile development methodologies and meet project deadlines.
  12. Mentor and train junior developers in GoLang and software engineering principles.
  13. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the quality of software solutions.
  14. Adhere to security and privacy guidelines while developing software solutions.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and raise any concerns or issues.
