- Oversee and manage all aspects of product operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and product development processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiencies and improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of product operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to drive alignment and achieve business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation, and develop and execute plans to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products.
