  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of product operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and product development processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiencies and improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of product operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to drive alignment and achieve business goals.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation, and develop and execute plans to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on product operations and transformation initiatives, and make recommendations for future strategies.
  10. Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product operations team and across the organization.
