- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making for the Category Experience team.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve the shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Lead and/or participate in projects related to category and customer experience enhancements.

Extensive Category Experience: A Senior Analyst At The Home Depot Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Category Management Or Related Role, With A Deep Understanding Of Category Trends, Market Dynamics, And Supplier Relationships.
Strategic Thinking: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically In Order To Identify Growth Opportunities, Optimize Category Assortment, And Develop Effective Pricing Strategies.
Data Analysis And Reporting: The Ability To Analyze Large Data Sets, Identify Key Insights, And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner Is Crucial For This Role. Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi Is Highly Desirable.
Project Management: The Senior Analyst Should Have Proven Experience In Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines, And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
