  1. Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of tools and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of tools and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with tools and equipment, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  4. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in proper working condition before being returned to customers.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, including parts used and labor hours.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow in the repair and maintenance process.
  8. Keep up-to-date with new tools and equipment, and attend training sessions to stay knowledgeable in the field.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
  10. Assist with inventory management by tracking and ordering necessary parts and supplies for repairs.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, provide estimates, and answer any questions or concerns.
  12. Continuously strive to improve repair processes and provide feedback to management on any potential improvements or issues.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and safe environment for all team members and customers.
