  1. Perform high-quality repairs on various tools and equipment brought in by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with tools and equipment to determine the best course of action for repair.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and skills to perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their repair needs and provide updates on the status of their repairs.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized repair area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new and emerging technologies in the tool and equipment industry to enhance repair techniques and processes.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  11. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor new team members on repair techniques and customer service skills.
  13. Maintain inventory of repair parts and materials to ensure availability for repairs.
  14. Meet and exceed repair and productivity goals set by management.
  15. Represent The Home Depot in a professional and positive manner at all times.
