  1. Perform repairs and maintenance on various tools and equipment used in the store.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tools and equipment.
  3. Determine the best course of action for repairing or replacing faulty parts.
  4. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are in stock and available for use.
  5. Maintain a safe and organized work area.
  6. Assist customers with tool and equipment rentals and provide guidance on proper usage and maintenance.
  7. Communicate with store management and other team members about any repairs or maintenance needed.
  8. Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner to minimize any downtime for customers.
  9. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline repair processes.
  11. Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service by providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on the latest product knowledge and repair techniques.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
