  1. Conduct reliability analysis on products and processes to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability improvement plans.
  3. Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to identify trends and patterns in reliability data.
  4. Develop and maintain reliability testing protocols and standards.
  5. Monitor and track product performance and reliability metrics.
  6. Identify areas for cost reduction through improved reliability.
  7. Investigate and troubleshoot product failures and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials and components.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in reliability engineering.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on reliability-related issues.
  11. Participate in new product development and design reviews to ensure reliability requirements are met.
  12. Develop and maintain reliability documentation and reports.
  13. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for reliability issues.
  14. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in reliability engineering principles.
  15. Continuously drive a culture of reliability and continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Reliability Engineering Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Principles And Techniques, Such As Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, And Statistical Analysis

  • Familiarity With Maintenance And Repair Processes For Mechanical, Electrical, And/Or Software Systems

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
