  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the merchandising department.

  11. Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost-savings.
  12. Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop and implement pricing strategies.
  13. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
  14. Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives related to merchandising and finance.
  15. Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate them into financial processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Merchandising Environment.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Previous Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
