Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Support Technician to join our team at The Home Depot! As a Product Support Technician, you’ll help customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting. This role requires excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as a passion for helping our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or technical support role. You should also have a strong knowledge of our products and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries related to products in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Diagnose customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related inquiries.
  4. Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.
  5. Document customer interactions and follow-up on customer requests.
  6. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate departments.
  7. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  8. Stay up-to-date with all product information and changes.
  9. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while working with customers.
  10. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations.
