Job Description

Are you an experienced Outside Sales Representative looking for an opportunity to grow your expertise in a fast-paced and exciting environment? The Home Depot is looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual to join our team and help bring our business to the next level. We require a customer-focused individual with the ability to build relationships with our customers and help them find solutions to their home improvement needs.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to help them find the best solutions for their home improvement needs.
  2. Utilize sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  3. Proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
  4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.
  5. Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  6. Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  7. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and progress.
  9. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Travel to customer sites and events as needed.
