
Outside Sales Representative
The Home Depot is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction through the sales of Home Depot products and services. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and dedicated to helping our customers make their homes better.In order to be successful in this role, you must have a strong sales background and a track record of success in customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong knowledge of the Home Depot products and services. You should also be comfortable working independently and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing Home Depot customers
- Increase sales by identifying new customers and opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Update customer records, sales reports, and other business documents as needed
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Home Depot products and services
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Provide product demonstrations and information to potential customers
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage daily routes and prioritize customer visits
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Possess a valid driver’s license
