  1. Create visually appealing displays and merchandising layouts in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
  2. Ensure products are stocked and rotated properly to maintain inventory levels and meet customer demand.
  3. Collaborate with store leadership and other team members to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  4. Conduct regular store walks to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  5. Monitor and report on product sales and customer feedback to make informed recommendations for future merchandising decisions.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming product offerings to effectively plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as needed.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on merchandising standards and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
  11. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with customers and fellow team members.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and store leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in merchandising efforts.
  15. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Merchandising Execution Associate Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In Merchandising Or Inventory Management.

  • Knowledge Of Merchandising Principles: Candidates Should Be Familiar With Retail Merchandising Principles, Such As Product Placement, Visual Presentation, And Inventory Control.
