  1. Greet and welcome customers to The Home Depot in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store layout, product locations, and inventory levels.
  3. Ensure that all products are properly stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock situations to management.
  5. Assist in the setup and execution of promotional displays, sales events, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
  6. Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clutter-free sales floor.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate product replenishment and restocking.
  8. Utilize merchandising guidelines and planograms to maintain visual appeal and consistency throughout the store.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with locating items.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers and employees.
  11. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve store appearance and customer experience.
