  1. Create visually appealing displays that attract and engage customers.
  2. Execute merchandising strategies to effectively market products and drive sales.

  5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new merchandising ideas.
  6. Regularly review and update product displays to reflect current promotions, inventory levels, and seasonal changes.
  7. Ensure all signage and pricing is accurate and up-to-date.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management.
  9. Follow company guidelines and standards for product placement and merchandising.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with product location.
  11. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales through effective merchandising.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on merchandising techniques and strategies.
  14. Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
