In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced to meet our customers' needs.   • Greet and welcome customers to The Home Depot, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Assist customers with finding and purchasing merchandise, offering knowledgeable and helpful advice
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the store's layout and product locations to assist customers in finding specific items
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and labeled according to company standards
  • Receive and process new merchandise shipments, accurately recording inventory and stocking shelves
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low or out-of-stock items to management
  • Keep shelves, displays, and store areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing
  • Price and tag merchandise according to company guidelines and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective store displays and improve overall merchandising strategies
  • Assist with setting up and taking down seasonal displays and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement To Be Considered For The Merchandising Execution Associate Position At The Home Depot Is A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Particularly In Merchandising Or Store Setup, Is Highly Preferred For This Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Planograms And Inventory Management.

  • Physical Ability: The Job Of A Merchandising Execution Associate Requires Physical Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Merchandise, Climbing Ladders, And Standing For Extended Periods. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.

  • Attention To Detail: The Home Depot Values Accuracy And Attention To Detail In Its Merchandising Displays. Candidates For This Position Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Follow Specific Instructions For Setting Up Displays.

  • Customer Service Skills: As Part Of The Store Team, Merchandising Execution Associates Are Expected To Provide Excellent Customer Service To Shoppers. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About Products And Store Layout. Previous Customer Service Experience Is A Plus.
