Merchandising Execution Associate

- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to Home Depot standards and planograms.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify and address any merchandising issues or opportunities.
- Assist with setting up and taking down seasonal displays and promotions.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are restocked in a timely manner.
- Communicate any product or inventory issues to appropriate team members.
- Keep track of product trends and customer preferences in order to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with finding products and providing product knowledge.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Home Depot by upholding the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to merchandise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' merchandising strategies to make recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to company standards and policies at all times.
Strong Organizational Skills - As A Merchandising Execution Associate, It Is Essential To Have Strong Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage And Execute Merchandising Tasks. This Includes Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels, Arranging Products In A Visually Appealing Manner, And Ensuring All Displays Are Properly Stocked And Labeled.
Attention To Detail - The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role. Merchandising Execution Associates Must Be Able To Spot Inconsistencies Or Errors In Displays And Correct Them Promptly To Maintain The Store's Visual Standards.
Knowledge Of Merchandising Techniques - A Solid Understanding Of Merchandising Techniques Is Important For This Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Planograms, Product Placement, And How To Create Eye-Catching Displays That Drive Sales.
Physical Stamina - This Job Requires Physical Stamina As It Often Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Merchandise, Climbing Ladders, And Standing For Extended Periods. Merchandising Execution Associates Must Be Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently.
Customer Service Skills - While This Job Primarily Focuses On Merchandising, Merchandising Execution Associates Are Still Expected To Provide Excellent Customer Service.
