  1. Lead and manage all aspects of quantitative research projects for The Home Depot, from conception to execution and delivery of insights.
  2. Develop and implement research methodologies and statistical techniques to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  3. Utilize a variety of data sources, such as customer surveys, sales data, and market research, to identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop research strategies that support and drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs and provide recommendations and guidance on research design and approach.
  6. Effectively communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise recommendations for business decision-making.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis and research methods, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into research projects.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of quantitative researchers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
  9. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in data collection and analysis.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data-driven culture within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager - Quantitative Research Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends Or Patterns. They Should Also Have The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Problems.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Statistical Analysis Tools Such As Sas, R, Or Python To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets. Knowledge Of Sql And Database Management Is Also Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field: A Manager - Quantitative Research Should Have A Graduate Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Data Science. This Will Provide Them With A Strong Foundation In Statistical Methods And Data Analysis Techniques.

  • Previous Experience In Retail Or Consumer Research: Having Prior Experience In Conducting Quantitative Research In The Retail Or Consumer Industry Is Desirable. This Will Give The Candidate An Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Apply Their Research Findings To Real-World Business Problems.
