- Lead and manage all aspects of quantitative research projects for The Home Depot, from conception to execution and delivery of insights.
- Develop and implement research methodologies and statistical techniques to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize a variety of data sources, such as customer surveys, sales data, and market research, to identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop research strategies that support and drive business growth.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager - Quantitative Research Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends Or Patterns. They Should Also Have The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Problems.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Statistical Analysis Tools Such As Sas, R, Or Python To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets. Knowledge Of Sql And Database Management Is Also Desirable.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
