Manager - Audience Marketing

Responsible for both driving the strategy of and execution behind THD’s audience marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for leading a team that designs audience-based marketing strategies. This role is responsible for leading agency relationships, working with media partners to plan and execute audience-driven campaigns, creating and curating content and championing the evolution of audience-based marketing at The Home Depot. This role will utilize data, analytics and technology to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to create personalized 1-1 experiences. Ensure programs delivered on-time/ budget & determine effectiveness of Agile spend/ resource. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring impact of audience-marketing programs, & analyze effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
