Maintenance Service Technician

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a customer service-oriented attitude.The Maintenance Service Technician will provide essential services and maintenance to all store departments, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance. The Technician will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing basic repairs.Required qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems is a plus. The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a working knowledge of hand and power tools. We are looking for a team player who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: • Provide essential services and maintenance to all store departments, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic repairs • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems • Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and maintenance • Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning • Provide timely feedback to store management regarding repairs and maintenance • Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed • Maintain a clean and organized work area
