Maintenance Service Technician

The Home Depot is looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Technician to join our team and help maintain our stores and service centers. We're seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, technical knowledge, and an eye for detail. The successful Maintenance Service Technician will also have experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on store and service center equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts and labor costs.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
5. Ensure that safety and security protocols are followed in all maintenance activities.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Adhere to all Home Depot policies and procedures.
8. Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
9. Provide excellent customer service.
10. Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
