- Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to their desired locations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport merchandise and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all shopping carts are properly organized and available for customer use.
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed to maintain an efficient and organized lot.
