  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot, carts, and entrances.
  4. Proactively monitor and address any potential safety hazards to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers.
  5. Assist customers with loading and unloading large or heavy items into their vehicles.
  6. Keep track of inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  8. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Home Depot products and services, including promotions and sales.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting add-on purchases.
  10. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, and adhere to them at all times.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback and reporting any issues or concerns.
