  1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at the store.
  2. Assisting customers with loading and unloading purchases into their vehicles.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized lot area, including sweeping, picking up trash, and organizing carts.
  4. Ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
  5. Assisting customers with locating products and providing product information.
  6. Directing customers to proper store entrances and exits.
  7. Monitoring and directing traffic flow in the lot to ensure safety for customers and employees.
  8. Assisting with inventory management by accurately tracking and organizing in-stock and out-of-stock items.
  9. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  10. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  11. Proactively identifying and reporting any safety hazards or concerns in the lot area.
  12. Adhering to all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  13. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Continuously learning about new products and services offered by The Home Depot to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  15. Maintaining a strong work ethic and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
