- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's parking lot and exterior areas at all times.
- Regularly inspect and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit the store, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise into their vehicles, ensuring items are securely tied down.
- Direct and guide customers to available parking spaces and help them locate their desired products within the store.
- Monitor and control traffic flow in and out of the store to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer concerns or complaints related to the parking lot or exterior areas.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with finding products and answering questions.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective lot operations, including cart retrieval and trash collection.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer and employee experience.
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude towards customers, coworkers, and management at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store management team.
