Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized lot area, including restocking carts and cleaning up debris.
  4. Direct customers to specific areas of the store and answer any questions they may have.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and addressing any concerns.
  6. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise around the lot.
  7. Monitor the flow of customers in and out of the store to ensure a safe and efficient shopping experience.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and assist with inventory management.
  9. Help customers locate items in the store and provide product information as needed.
  10. Proactively identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues in the lot area.
  11. Assist with various tasks such as pricing and stocking merchandise, as needed.
  12. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and exceed sales goals.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
  15. Attend and actively participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
