As a Lot Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and parking lot area. - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and parking lot area.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of merchandise in the lot and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading large or heavy items into their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise as needed.
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with maintaining store appearance by completing tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, and cleaning spills.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Lot Associate Should Have The Ability To Interact With Customers In A Friendly And Helpful Manner. They Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Address Any Customer Inquiries Or Concerns.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: Lot Associates Are Required To Perform Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Lifting Heavy Objects And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. They Should Be Physically Fit And Have The Stamina To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
