Job Description

As a Lot Associate, you will be an integral part of our store operations, ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience from the moment they arrive.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot and cart corrals.
  4. Monitor and direct traffic flow in the parking lot to ensure safety for customers and associates.
  5. Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the store.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing customers to specific products or areas within the store.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
  8. Assist with store maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  9. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team members.
  10. Collaborate with other associates to ensure seamless and efficient store operations.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for The Home Depot by representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by actively seeking customer feedback and implementing improvements.
  13. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude to promote a productive and enjoyable work environment.
