- Maintain a safe and clean parking lot and exterior areas of the store.
- Be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory in the lot.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in the lot.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
- Keep track of and report any maintenance or safety issues in the lot.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Strong Customer Service Skills: A Lot Associate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities To Assist Customers With Loading/Unloading Merchandise And Provide General Assistance In The Parking Lot.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Role Involves Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Extended Periods, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Performing Physical Tasks.
Knowledge Of Store Layout And Products: A Lot Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Home Depot Store Layout And The Products Offered To Direct Customers To The Correct Areas For Their Needs.
Attention To Detail: As A Lot Associate, One Must Be Detail-Oriented To Ensure That Merchandise Is Loaded Onto Vehicles Safely And Accurately, And That The Parking Lot Is Well-Maintained And Organized.
