We are currently seeking a Lot Associate to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.As a Lot Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store's parking lot and exterior areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers, assisting them with loading and unloading their purchases and providing them with excellent service.To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.   1. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained parking lot and exterior areas of the store.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns.
  5. Ensure shopping carts are readily available and properly organized for customer use.
  6. Monitor and report any potential safety hazards in the parking lot.
  7. Help maintain inventory and organization of supplies and equipment.
  8. Assist in store recovery efforts during peak business hours.
  9. Work with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  10. Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures.
  11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
